If so, on the top toolbar, there is a little button that looks like a gear (it's called "render to disk"). Click on that, select where you want the image saved to - make sure you end the name of the piece with .png - set the dimensions of the image (1280x1024, 1280x800 that kind of a thing), set your quality (~4000 is good), set the filter radius (~0.3), and oversample (1 or 2), and click render.
